Eventix – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Eventix website, mobile applications, and any related services (“Platform”) provided by Eventix (“Eventix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Eventix is a ticketing and booking platform. We are not the creator, organizer, promoter, or operator of the events listed on our Platform unless explicitly stated. Event organizers (“Organizers”) are fully responsible for:

• Event content, operations, safety, and quality
• Event scheduling, changes, postponements, and cancellations
• Accuracy of event information and pricing
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Eventix facilitates ticket sales strictly on behalf of Organizers.

All event details—including dates, times, venues, policies, age restrictions, capacity, and pricing—are provided solely by Organizers. Eventix does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any event information.

All prices displayed on Eventix are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Eventix and/or the Organizer may charge additional service fees, processing fees, taxes, or other charges. All fees are disclosed before purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

By purchasing a ticket through Eventix, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment and personal information
• Comply with event policies set by the Organizer or venue
• Understand that all sales may be final unless the Organizer’s policies allow otherwise

Eventix does not control ticket availability or seating assignments.

Eventix does not set refund or cancellation policies. All refund eligibility, timing, and procedures are determined solely by the Organizer.

If an event is canceled or rescheduled:

• Organizers are responsible for communicating updates
• Refunds or exchanges (if any) are handled according to Organizer policies
• Eventix is not responsible for losses due to canceled, postponed, or changed events

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

Eventix may disable or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Users may not:

• Attempt to circumvent ticket limits or purchasing rules
• Use automated tools, bots, or scraping systems
• Interfere with the security or functionality of the Platform
• Violate any event, venue, or Organizer policies
• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior

Eventix may take legal or technical action to prevent misuse.

All content on the Platform—including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software—is owned by Eventix or its licensors and protected under U.S. and international law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit Platform content without written permission.

Eventix does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform. We may suspend or modify the Platform at any time for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.

The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eventix disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Accuracy of event information
• Event performance, safety, or quality
• Reliability of ticket availability or seating
• Platform uptime, compatibility, or security

Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law, Eventix is not liable for any:

• Injury, loss, or damages arising from attending an event
• Changes, cancellations, postponements, or inaccuracies
• Lost profits, data loss, or consequential damages
• Issues caused by Organizers, venues, or third-party providers

Your exclusive remedy for any dispute is to stop using the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eventix, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your attendance at any event
• Your violation of these Terms or Organizer policies

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Eventix is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Eventix may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
